The hotel is ideal for adults seeking a cheap stay while in Nottingham for an event or night out. The rooms, though suitable for families, lack some amenities like an oven and ironing facilities. The service was accommodating overall, but there were incidents with some staff that affected our experience. The location is convenient with nearby shops and pubs, although there were some issues with the room walls. The dining experience felt more like a basic bed and breakfast setup.
